We have started a training programme in Yoga in the year 2015 under the leadership of Mr. Francis K. J. (Physical Education Director) trained Yoga through Art of Living Classes of Sri Sri Ravi Sankar and Yoga Classes by Healthy Living Foundation,Thodupuzha. Dr. Shimna Paul (Asso. Professor) trained Yoga through 'Art of Living' classes of Sri Sri Ravi Sankar.
